Can I withdraw from the competition?

We don’t offer any refunds on entries (tickets) bought. Additionally, the entry will be declared void (without any refund provided) if the entrant engages in:

  • any form of fraud (actual or apparent);
  • fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • fraudulent concealment;
  • hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or
  • amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the website.

Is there a cash alternative?

The cash alternative will be highlighted as an option in some competitions. Please refer to details of the individual competition.

What if a competition does not sell out?

If the competition don’t sell out, the timer will add some time in order for all the tickets to sell on the competition (usually an extra 10 days).

How do I know who won it?

We would conduct the live draw on our Facebook page. The winner would be contacted via phone/e-mail.

Will I get a confirmation of my tickets purchased?

Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you will be sent a confirmation email for your entries along with your ticket numbers, typically within 15 minutes. During period of high demand, this may take a couple of hours. Your ticket numbers are assigned instantly once tickets are purchase.

Do I need Facebook account to take part of the competition?

No. We use Facebook as a platform to stream our live draws and interact with our client base. We'd love you to join us on Facebook page but we understand that not everyone has Facebook or wants to use it. Winners will be contact shortly after the draw by phone and email. So no, you don't need Facebook to participate and you're not at a disadvantage if you don't have it.
